I take u mean synchronised,ie get logic to send midi clock?
turn MP7 base tempo to 0 under the midi menu and it should 
sync to Xternal clock
U can set logic to transmit under options/song settings /sync........

Personally I prefer getting patterns from E-loader!  running 2
sequencers together is normally a pain in the arse and at least 
u keep ur data in 2 locations :))
