no...resonance is sampled at note-on.

correct...this is due to the number of
coefficients and the like that must be
calculated when working with a filter that
has up to twelve poles and 50 different
responses as opposed to 2-4 poles with
perhaps 3 responses.

if you really must modulated resonance in
real-time, you should choose a different
synth.

personally, I do not find this a limitation
whatsoever...YMMV.
