You mean when the knobs are in "Program" mode? Yup, I noticed that,
but I assumed that knob "Program" mode meant real MIDI out only. (Of
course, now I'm looking at the assignment screen and it clearly says
"int"...)

...but the behavior I described is with the knobs in Quick Edit mode.

That makes sense... but I'm looking at the initial controller page for
Celtic Harp now, and M/N/O/P are all set to 000 (not "off").

So, I'm still not clear what's going on here. I'm going to investigate
further.
