Exactly.  It's not an error, just an informational prompt.  As the
system writes data, it eventually needs to "defragment" flash memory. 
This usually takes most users many months to occur.  You can't do it
manually.  The only reason it gives you a prompt at all is because it
takes the sequencer offline.  If you get it and need to keep
performing, you can just cancel the prompt, but you won't be able to
save until you allow it to compact.
