Yes, I believe you're right! Only in my mind was it getting better. 
Fact is, I left it on all day and it still made noises. This has 
happened to me before. It stopped when I turned off the XL-7 and shut 
down the computer then powered back up. I think something was whack 
with the 2408. Thanks!
