It still messes up coming out of Cubase. I probably have setting somewhere that is screwed up in the software. For now, I am running the midi files through Cakewalk 9 and it is working fine. I even forgot how much I liked the old Cakewalk version. Sonar just seemed to Disneyland like in its UI. Anyway, I am up and running for now.
