BTW, just so I understand your issue, you're trying to record MIDI notes 
into your Command Station?  Why not just save the Sonar stuff as a MIDI 
file, then use E-Loader to transfer it into the XX-7?

I've just got a Sound Blaster Audigy hooked up to a my Live drive, 
with XP running.  I've pretty much tried all the time offsets and 
MIDI delays that I can find in Sonar.  Do you think it's my sound 
card?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
