NiR,

No I didn't get a chance yet.  I was out of town and just got back so 
I did not try it.  When you used the Sequence downloader, did they 
then appear in the user banks for you?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
