You will not(cannot)overwrite the "ROM".  The arp patterns will load 
in the "User" arp locations on your unit and the presets will load 
into user bank 2(make sure you relocate any personal presets that you 
have in that bank).  If you open up the read me file that is enclosed 
in the Zip file, it will have all the info you need.  Also verify 
which ver. ROM you received so that you download the correct 
presets.  This can be done simply by scrolling to Techno ROM preset 
127 in bank 3 which is usually a default and should have the version 
# in it.
