as for this issue just press down, there are two little bumps that have to click into the board. do not go up would be my advice :) just press down with care. Mike as for my data weel not a problem here with my xl but i did have that problem with my E5000. Had to send it away. It has not come back but i kinda dread the day it do. Are the pots for this low quality in emu gear? If so is there anyone who can recomend a supper high quality pot that would be a better? I have no more warrenty on this unit so i would install it myself.
