I have been in touch with creative repeatedly via twitter and email. It is possibly due to my repeated harassment that they have put this back up. Regardless, I was contacted by creative with the following message:
"Hi Matt,
The support page should be up in the next month- It is currently being converted to a newer format. If you, or anyone from the yahoogroup you mentioned on twitter, have any issues in the mean time please email us about them at socialmedia@creativelabs.com. We'll get you forwarded to the right people.

If there are documents, drivers, and application updates, I couldn't find them. There is an 'End of Service Life' notice:
