If you really want to save the 'arpeggiated' notes into the sequencer 
then you need to do that by going out of the box and then back into the 
MIDI In, either using a direct connection or through an external MIDI 
routing box. But normally you don't want to record the arpeggiations 
into the sequence, because then when you play it back you will wind up 
'apreggiating the arpeggiator', which is probably not what you want.
