Can you use a footswitch (routed to one of the footswitch CCs)?

Also, if your receiving device is just receiving on/off, it might be that CC=0->63 will be interpreted as off and CC=64->127 will be interpreted as on.

I don't think we can limit the range out outgoing CC data and the trigger buttons cannot be set to send CCs. I don't know about the pads.
