Sorry to say, you can't do that, the user presets are for you to tweak a sound and save it. But the original sample stays intact on the rom. If you take the rom out it just won't play. You should find an empty shell on ebay. It sounds like you have all the roms you want. But the shells cost maybe $50. I have seen quite a few on there in the past couple of months. Good luck.
