This may be because Cubase has created note events with durations of 0 
ticks. I believe it does this when it creates some 'drum tracks'. This 
came up once before on the list. I believe you can tell Cubase to not do 
that, or tell it to scale every event by + 1 tick. Durations of 0 ticks 
is not currently supported in our sequencer, but is fixed in the next 
release.
