0x7F (7Fh) is the universal designator byte.  That means "apply this sysex to anyone
listening" as opposed to the 0x00 - 0x7E selection for Device ID which targets only
those machines that match the ID.

Which sysex message are you trying to send/receive?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
