Hi Z, Thanks for the suggestions. I went through the self tests and everything checks out fine. Now my next problem is getting the songs and patterns back into the unit via e-loader. XP SP2 does not recognize the XL-7 via MIDI. It seems to require special drivers. Since I did not get any when I purchased it does anyone know if they are available for download ? Worst case scenario I could use MIDI, but since USB is easy and convenient I'd like to start there if I could.
