Re: Mo-Phat ROM(MP-7) How to expand the length of vocal samples?

2007-10-30 by malik

i got some really weird results. i chose MIDIA and it's ctrl# is 74
assigned it to sample loop, and set it to 0 then when i hit a key and
turn it. it gives me an lfo effect for the duration of the sample. as
if it were the sample playing without an lfo.
hmmm

is the cord destination you want. There's also SRetrig (which will
restart the sample, not the envelopes), 'SStart (how far into the
sound you start, also accessible in the start/delay page). Note that
if you send more than 100% of a cord (i.e. through a Gain4x) you can
get outside of the correct sample and into the next sample on the
ROM. This can be cool or really ugly, depending on what happens to
come next in memory...
