Do you mean the big encoder knob above the cursor keys?
Its should be a fairly common encoder pot.
If your in the states have a look at http://www.mouser.com/
Shouldn't cost to much.
Ticky bit will be getting the old one off cleanly without damaging the 
solder pads. Can be done ok though.
