Aaron/others, it sounds like the Song, created from patterns, must be "flattened" into a single midi file.  I remember this feature from some of my Atari Hybrid Arts sequencers.  Does the XL-7 have this feature, either built in or otherwise?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
