Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi, new to this forum but have been peeking in from time to time.
I recently picked up a XL-7 (had a Mo'Phatt module) because I thought 
it would offer a very effective interface for tweaking the P2K engine.
I will say it really allws you to get into the P2K engine much better 
than the rack modules do.
I currently have the Phatt ROM in the XL as well and was going to add 
the Protozoa ROM which I am familiar with, but it looks like the 
Composer ROM is a better choice.
Any thoughts on wether the sound quality on the two ROMS is the same of 
does the Composer have a more polished sound (or maybe I should say 
modern) compared to the Protozoa?
Not actually thinking about the instruments themselves but just the 
elements of the instruments.
Example if I created a piano preset on the Composer and created a 
similar preset on the Protozoa would the ROMs have a different 
distinction to them or would it be pretty similar?
Again it's good to see a functional forum for the Commands, it's a 
pretty useful unit in many different ways.
