what im trying to do is to get midi to play some slices i have in rcg- audio sfz. you can use it to play samples mapped to midi notes. i'm using it in the same way you would use a drum loop in recycle. i did what you said and took some time to edit the arp exactly like the midi file but when i had auditioned it it didnt sound right. i set the i made the keyrange from c1 to g#1 where the notes are triggered from. then i made the keys go from 0 to +9 cause the notes are all 1/8 notes in length but 7 and 8 are 1/16th notes. in a one bar loop. but what i get when i play it back is something totaly different. i have the patter at 00 bank 0 and have it set to master like the manual says so i can hear it while im editing but this is not it. also if i am not in arp mode i see msb 15 lsb 00 i guess thats the sysex parameter for the arp?
