Yup; I recalled correctly. It was done by Kevin Johnson and its in the 
Apps folder.  Hope it works for you.  I seem to recall a readme file. 
If you use the program, make sure you don't violate any of the rules.

And since it represents a labor of love that must have taken a bit of 
time and was generously given away, don't expect it to (1) be perfect 
or (2) have the polish of commercially released software.  If its 
helpful, great.  If not, perhaps with your knowledge of C++ you can 
improve it.
