meaning the actual 'track' the wiper of of pot rubs against which is 
the swith part of the encoder. a form of carbon contact.

meaning PCB tracks that can be easly damaged by over heating them or 
not clearing all the solder around the component leg and lifting the 
PCB track away with it when it is removed.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
