Excellent point. (1) Record 12 tracks of data in a pattern so that Track 1 has data on channel 1, Track 2 has data on channel 2, Track 3 has data on channel 3, etc. (2) "Bounce" all of the tracks to a single track, Track 14 for example. (3) Set that new track that contains data on channels 1-->12 to MultiA internal (CHANNEL ASSIGN). (4) Erase the original tracks. (5) Record 12 more tracks of data in the pattern so that Track 1 has data on channel 1, Track 2 has data on channel 2, Track 3 has data on channel 3, etc. (6) "Bounce" all of the tracks to another single track, Track 15 for example. (7) Set that new track that contains data on channels 1-->12 to MultiB internal (CHANNEL ASSIGN). (8) Erase the original tracks. Viola--32 channels using only 2 tracks--in this example, Tracks 14 and 15. REMINDER: 128 voice polyphony refers to the number of LAYERS sounding at a given moment!!!! So, if you have 32 notes sounding at the same time all on 4 layer-presets, that's 128 voices. Fortunately, the voices are dynamically assigned. Hope this helps. --Steve --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, Mibrilane <mibrilane@c...> wrote: > You can "bounce" sequencer data from individual > tracks into a single Multi track using the data copy function - > this is described in the manual. > > -- > Mibrilane
