Re: Recording multichannel arps from triggers

2004-08-12 by joepm.rm

Right i've got it working, but i'm not sure whether this matches the
explanation i've been given!!

triggers 1-3 set to ch1-3 and seq.
ch1-3 set to three different arps
channel assign for track 1 set to multi A, int
(in the midi menu) rechannelize input set to off

now it works on play and record, track one has three different
channels of different arps. (or should i say three note events on dif
channels playing arps, assuming all i've done is pressed each trigger
once!)

if rechannelize input is set to always, then all that gets played and
recorded are three note events on the basic channel - that is,
whichever is in the display.

(i've checked this in the event list)

slightly concerned that my command station is working back-to-front
regarding the "rechannelize input" function
