Or if you do quantize, make sure you use the swing settings too!  I like a 
quantize value of 57%, with an amount of 65.  Then use the Scale/Shift 
Start times function to slide your snare forward a tick or two.

Don't quantize your beats, just get good at performing them with a good 
feel.
