Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Flash ROMs can only be burnt in E-MU Ultra samplers (strangely enough!) They
are expensive because they have to be able to be read as fast as normal
memory (60ns). Also they probably don't get mass produced and are made in
relatively small production runs - this will put the price up too.
