You can export Emulator X banks as EOS banks (E4 Ultra's included) as long 
as your EX bank stays
with the criteria of an EOS bank (128 MB max, and 16 bit samples). Also, 
some synth features from
the EX will not translate (New filter types, extra patchcords, tuning 
tables, BPM synth features,
etc.).
