I'm not passing judgment on what you've got - the Nords are fine tools that will allow you to do lots of things the XL won't. I'm just saying, you've got a good start, now spend some time learning what you can do with what you have before you worry about what you don't have. The Modular can easily suck up all your time and energy, so be prepared when you do take it out of the box. > If I follow your advice closely enough, I shouldn't sell my Logic > Audio Big Box (which is, btw, unopened) and buy a replacement. Or, don't sell it until you're sure you aren't going to use it and need something else instead. > Whether I sell it or not, I will need something to record multitrack > audio sooner or later and I need MIDI sequencing software to follow > rEALm's advice. True, and while Logic and DP have some differences, they're more similar than not. Either one would fill those needs and then some. Which is better for you is something that will take some thought, research, and experience to determine.
