Thanks Steve for your input. 
I did not know you could actually record the quick edit movements into
the track of a pattern. Like Ravi said, you move the filter cut-off knob
to get the speed and depth of the sweep.

The steps were designed to be simple and to propell experimentation 
and creativity.  I used arp:A Trip to demo the slow wah [sweep] 
effect.  The same deconstruction/reconstruction method works with 
bpm:bubbler.  On bpm.bubbler, note the use of the pat:Neener for LFO2 
SHAPE!!
