"As far as I understand the known bug in this area, the problem spot

current edit buffer. If you Save the current pattern, then it should
be much smoother when switching. After Saving, it should act the
same as if you had rebooted the machine. (I'm not sure of this,
since I haven't tested it explicitly, but that is my current
understanding)."

I am not shur that i understand you on ths one. so I have created a
pattern, save it switch to the new pattern save the new pattern and
then it should switch with out a problem? Is that right? What if i
need to go through a larg number of patterns?>

Sticking notes are happening all the time. Like evry time i run
the patterns i am working on and the seem to stick and un stick at
will.

send it to me and I will investigate it."

Yes I have a pattern that is sticking all the time. But I
unfortunately can't send it to you. I don't have a midi card that
works with my computer.

Same problem.

the 'setup' info that is at tick 0 (MultiSetup settings etc.). If it
is setting external things not the way you want, it sounds like your
MultiSetup is not set correctly for what you want to happen. When
you make changes to your MultiSetup you will have to Save it,
otherwise it will not be the same the next time you power up. Once
you play the pattern once, there is a presumption that there is no
need to send that setup info the next time it loops or you just want
to Play because things are already set up, so it is not sent."

That is GREAT news I thank you for spelling that out for me. I
thought that that information was stored with the pattern
automatically with it. I am verry glad that I was just
missunderstandint this box and it is not a bug. One question on
this one is will the multi setup be recalled with the pattern? From
what you said it sounds like it would but i just want to be shur.

"and when i turn it off and on and return to a pattern it changes my
studio quads preset as well. Similarly to above, when first powering
up it will send the setup info that is in the current sequence
(which I think will always be Pattern 0 after a power up). So the
stuff that is save in Pattern 0 is apparently not what you want as
the default. You should make sure that the setup info on the startup
pattern is what you want (and Saved) by default in your studio."

Ah i see, well the setup is often different for each thing i wright
so what i have in pattern one is not good for all things that i am
working on. Same question here as above. Will the multi setup be
recalled with the switching to new patterns?

Scott I thank you for your time. I will probibly answer some of my
own questions before the nigh through thanks to your help.
