We did that at the first XX-7 meet, it was loads of fun. Not sure what
convertor it was though...

I really getting into the XL-7, spending more time with it and
realizing its powerfully deep synthesizer.

I'm a guitar player and I like synths and midi, but I'm not much of a
keyboard player. I just recently learned about Brian Moore guitars
and their 13-pin midi output (to connect to Roland/Yamaha pitch-to-
midi converters). I'm interested in getting one of these guitars (or
maybe a MidiAxe with the standard 5-pin out and pitch converter built
right in) and using it with a Yamaha G50 or Roland GI-20 converter
along with the XL-7.

Does anybody use a midi-equipped guitar with one of these Proteus
synths?
