Two other things to try:
1. Loosen the headphone jack nut on the outside of the case just a little
bit. It seems if it's too tight and cuts through the powder coating, it
can cause a grounding issue that way.
2. Make sure the 8 case screws on the bottom are tight too!

I have been experiencing the same problem and my buzz seems to be
tied to the LCD's on the panel. Tonight I wll check the ribbon cable
as described in the files section.
