Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

i just bought a used xl-7 and let me tell you, im in love, i finally found 
the box that i wanted, it says when i open the  machine ver 1.7.

when i put the head phones i have a constant buzz , is this normal

i want to boost this baby up ,witch rom sets should i buy if i am doing 
techno and is it cheaper to buy it online or to buy it from a retailer.

them.  Doing a search in this forum will get you a ton of reviews of the 
various ROMs Emu sells.  Without saying what you're looking for ("doing 
techno" is a broad statement), it's hard for su to narrow it down. <<<
