Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Excuse me if I'm wrong, but isn't the MP-7 ROM and the MoPhatt ROM 
the exact same thing?  I'm in the market for an XL-7 or MP-7 and this 
post is confusing me!   Thanks....
