Indeed. And I've found each track has a bank select message to retain the Preset used, along with a couple of Control Changes: CC79 (output assigned for that part) and CC80 (arpegiator status). Unfortunately - if I'm not mistaken - these CC are not updated if the Preset has not been changed back and forth as well on a previously saved and then edited part. Which means any change of output is lost. I would have like a big SysEx string for all these settings, including temporary edited patches as well. Much more easy to deal with than having to save a patch on user location because it has been slightly altered. Oh well. 8) Aaron Eppolito wrote: > It should be ratained.
