To tell the truth, I was pretty amazed myself that the VCOs were in tune and stable running 
on unregulated plus and minus 18.5 volts. The reason we noticed was because the low end 
tuning went up a bit and Gary was wondering why he could no longer hit the really low notes.

In the course of tracing the problem, we discovered the blown out supplies. Yikes...
