Wiardgroup

I had a stomach-churning few days, having to leave my Wiard (and the
rest of the studio) behind when the Sheriff evacuated our community at
4am.  (Tequilla was created for exactly such an experience).

Everything is back to normal today, aside from that tangy hint of
delicious smoke flavor.


Somehow, I think that mesquite wood chips won't be selling at the
barbecue shops around here anytime soon....
