I had a similar problem... it was from damaged traces along the edge next to the 367. In my case, pin 40 on the assigner, and a power line need reconnected...

I agree. In theory also both 14175 could be dead and pull down the D-bus. But since a replacement is available quite easy via Tobias, it is not worth to fiddle
