Look at the bottom of the pc board. Note the traces on the power connectors are also wired to both sets of screw terminals. So whatever is easiest for you.

Bench triple supplies generally use a *variable* +_ supply (usually 0 to 20V) and a variable 0 to +6V supply. MOTM uses +-15V because that allows more headroom
