The flat rails are alu 1/8" x 1/2" flat stock, drilled and tapped 8-32 on 1U
panel mounting centers and are 12U long.  They are additionally drilled and
countersunk for #6 woodscrews to attatch to wooden cabinets. They work great
(I'm using them, made my own) if you are making your own wooden cabinets.
