I test 'in situ'. My scope is right next to my rig, though truth (and I know truth is relative) be told is use it mostly for the pretty waveforms :> My most useful debugging tool is my VOM. I can usually spot an correct errors, but every once in a while something comes along that I cna't figure out. Embarrassingly, that included a chip I soldered into the 480 BACKWARDS and could n't figure out why the HP channel didn't work :/ Mike --- In motm@yahoogroups.com, "Greg Amann" <greg.amann@s...> wrote: > How do you more experienced MOTMers test new modules and DIY stuff? > > Do you test them in situ or do you have a benchtop rig?
