Well, there were plenty of bozos back in the old days too, who called 
themselves synthesists just because they found the glide on their 
MiniMoog and could make it go "ooh-wee ooh-wee".

I knew a guy who hauled a Moog IIIC around on stage, just because it 
looked cool. He was clueless.
