i've got a full skb and it's real easy to carry with one hand. maybe 35-40
pounds total including a bunch of patch cables. it's a *lot* lighter than
my kurzweil, but that's not saying much. :)

there are, however, two problems with using these for motm stuff:

1) for now, you have to sacrifice 3U (which is a lot) to the power supply.
2) it won't hold modules with big-assed pcb's, e.g., blacet time machine.
well, it'll hold 'em, but you have to remove them to collapse the case.
all of paul's modules fit fine, though.
