It is a standard 50 pin SCSI internal. One HDD i can recommend w EmaxII is the Quantum Maverrick 540. I have two of them installed internally in my EmaxII. There is only one power cable inside, so youll have to get an y-cable if youre gonna use more than one internal drive. The EmaxII power supply seemed to be a bit cheesy so i switched it for a more powerful PC-supply About that missing pin i know nothing... Is it missing in the SCSI-connector? I know that some IDE connectors lack one pin. Thus preventing inserting the cable wrong. /Henrik At 11:19 PM 11/3/99 +0000, you wrote: >Is the internal SCSI connector for the EMAX II a standard DB50? >It looked a little longer than the internal connector in my mac. > Also, should one of the center pins on the board side be missing? >I have an internal drive on the way and want to >get the correct cabling for it, or be buying an external case for it. > >Thanks in advance, > >Ed > >>Emax and Emax II User's Group > >http://www.ncal.verio.com/~qsite/emax >
