Right now wondering if 260 is a good deal for an Emax II with 5mb ram and 500mb scsi HD.
Or does anyone know of other Emax I/II for sale anywhere by chance?

couldnt that be done just by using one MIDI cable throught several devices , with each using different MIDI channels.
I wish there was a page that explained this type of MIDI concerning sequencer structures with keyboard layouts ('virtual sets') and multi-channel triggering things etc.. in depth

Im wondering if a portabe MiniDisk recorder would be good for this purpose , and also for taking samples outdoors and anywhere "outside the studio"

I think I will do that
I find it strange that so many samplers (even newer ones like the SP808) dont have such a simple 'rudimentary' and usefull feature (among so many others..) - in my opinion
