If it were an Emax II, it would say so on the labeling. Plus, it would be
black instead of grayish-blue. I think you have an Emax (I).

Power supplies in Emaxes can and do go bad. Sounds like yours has gone. It
is difficult to repair the power supplies themselves, so usually they are
just replaced. You should contact a local Service Center, or if you think
you can do the work yourself, order a new supply and install it yourself.
(But be careful!)
