Could you clarify the following:
"its the same connections 1-14 3 does not need to be connected"
1) What happens to 15 and 16?
2) Is 3 the invertor?
3) do you need to solder each pin to the board?
"and you have to drill 4 holes"
1) How do you drill holes without compromising the tracks?
