Well, you need to use Measured Mode, and choose a Luminance level that both can match, then calibrate both to target values appropriate to your working space. Even then, there may be visible differences. But you don't tell us in what why they fail to match (gray balance? color gamut?) or in what application they fail to match; after all, profiles can't fix color matching in non-color managed applications, like Word, PowerPoint or Internet Explorer...
